Today, the worker in my parent’s shop talked about the topic:
Meditation
She asked me if i were able to do it. Without even thinking, i said no. And, why is that so?
“Meditation is a holistic discipline during which time the practitioner trains his or her mind in order to realize some benefit.”
The thing is, how can one not have any thoughts running in one’s brain? How?
Even now while studying, I can just side track and come to this topic! So, how is it even possible?!
Maybe i should just try one day. Maybe den, i will tell you that its possible. Maybe..
